Breathing is something we all do as humans. Consciously or unconsciously, it is a primary function in our life and governs our mind, body and spirit.
With so many styles of breathing, and breath work exploding in popularity recently, it is even more important to have agency and awareness in this area.

For thousands of years, breath has been synonymous with Spirit, and has been considered a main highway for consciousness and personal mastery by yogi’s, wisdom keepers, athletes, and scholars. With a long history that spans from the East to West, woven through religion, and within every birth experience, we can be assured that developing an intimate and effective relationship with our own breath is a way to increase awareness, and directly impact our biology, and state of being. Harnessing this invisible life force is an opportunity to cultivate more balance, open flow and authentic relationship with our true nature, and the ability to navigate these unseen inner worlds that shape our connection to all our relations.

Sessions are designed to inform and empower the recipient with the understanding of and tools for nervous system regulation. Once learned, these tools are free, accessible and available for all of what life offers, so that recipients can naturally respond rather than react; That they may remain centred and resourced within themselves, even and especially in times of expansion, intensity and growth.

The truth is, there is no right way to breathe.
There is a way to be adaptive and resilient in our breathing, so that we can shift and change with what life presents, so we can remain conscious, connected and in the wisdom and flow of our own LifeForce.

Personal Breath Sessions

Personal Breath Sessions are tailored to support you deeply while equipping you with essential tools for life and personal energy management.

Intended to empower and awaken you in your own embodiment and evolution, this multi-dimensional experience is a profound way to integrate stored emotions or experiences, move through stuck energy or limiting patterns, as well as increasing our personal awareness, vitality & the purification of our mind and body to help uplift our spirits.

Whatever aspect of you is ready for positive transformation to live and lead your best life, these personal Personal Breath Sessions support you to do just that in a manner that is safe, grounded and effective.

Designed to identify & address your specific needs and unique breath patterns for the highest possible outcome.

Group Breath Sessions

Connecting with the Sacredness of our breath within a group is a powerfully unifying experience. If you wish to attend a group session or arrange for your group to experience the benefits of Conscious Connected Breathing, please reach out and connect directly.

Sessions are typically 3 hours in length, and a safe space is held for you to arrive into, settle, and land in your own skin and your own unique breath connection.

After a brief opening and introduction, traditional smudge (optional) and intention setting to clear the path, an explanation/demonstration of the breath technique is offered for greater clarity.

Intuitive Movement sometimes begins the flow of breath for the journey, and is encouraged throughout for the purpose of deeper embodiment and integration.

Breath Journeys last approximately 65-90 minutes, with plenty of time for integration afterwards. Tea is provided to help with grounding, along with group sharing and closing gratitude.

Breathing together as a group, we become closer, more connected, and stronger in our individual and collective navigation and overall vitality.

Partaking in Jenn’s breath work class was profound.
She is an incredible facilitator, offering an anchoring presence as well as a radiant lightness that cultivated a deep sense of trust for me going into this the experience.

During the process, I felt deep wells and pockets of emotion rise to the surface that wanted to be felt and moved. Jenn’s instruction offered a safe space for me to welcome these waves and emote them, however I authentically wanted to. Her playing of instruments and music that accompanied the class were highly supportive of this experience as well.

As a result, my entire body filled with a peaceful vibration in the ripples of the released energy, the tension in my jaw melted away, and I felt a clearing that was deeper than I am consciously aware of.
